This three apartment building, winner of the Mayor's Award 2003 for best new design in a historical zone, was designed and developed by Walter Gagliano following the volumes of Victorian Washingtonian row houses. Mr. Gagliano worked with a team of architects and contractors to take his ideas to reality.
